January 11, 2020 / 6:30 pm / Uptown Indigo
This intimate culinary experience will be an unforgettable evening with six courses and beverage pairings. A talented team of chefs led by Jamie Swofford (The Chef's Farmer) will prepare each course and speak with guests about how locally sourced ingredients can be preserved to allow for incredible meals even in the depths of winter. Guests will enjoy an exquisite meal, fine beers and wines, a rooftop terrace view, and more. Proceeds go to the Uptown Shelby Association.
Fine dining often reflects time and place. The theme of this Seeds in Season: Winter Dinner is preserve. The menu will feature a variety of local foods preserved at the peak of freshness, whether smoked, cured, pickled, canned - and some even finished with fire. Preservation also ties into Uptown Shelby’s efforts to preserve historic buildings and foster a vibrant Uptown district. The dinner will capture this historic essence and leave you with a night to remember.
Attire is dressy / cocktail. Reservations are $125 per person. One seat is available - please call 704-484-3100 during business hours.
